Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the colour design team in researching and developing new colour palettes for leather goods collections.
  • Create moodboards and visual supports for internal presentations and collection reviews.
  • Conduct market studies and continuous trend monitoring focused on colour, materials and textures in luxury fashion.
  • Track and follow up on prototypes and colour samples through development cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing and production teams to ensure colour consistency across collections.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing degree or recent graduate in textile design, fashion design, applied arts or an equivalent discipline.
  • First significant experience in colour design (internship, academic project, personal portfolio).
  • Strong creative sensitivity with an excellent command of colour, materials and texture relationships.
  • Organised, responsive and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
