2. Act as a sales leader for the high watch category and successfully sell across the brand.
3. Cultivate and develop team members within the watch category to ensure consistent knowledge, drive, and excitement.
4. Achieve individual and team objectives and targets for Watches across the store.
5. Support team members in identifying new Watch Clients.
6. Create and implement specific action plans to drive business and maximize product category performance.
7. Continuously develop the team's knowledge of the product category and relevant business information.

1. Exceptional knowledge of the luxury Watch category and the overarching industry.
2. Experience in driving results within a team environment.
3. Hands-on experience in client development.
