1. Plan and coordinate logistics activities related to raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
2. Manage national and international shipments, including export/import customs documentation.
3. Coordinate relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
4. Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
5. Monitor delivery times, logistics costs, and service levels.
6. Support production planning based on logistics requirements.
7. Manage potential issues such as delays, returns, and non-conformities.
8. Optimize logistics processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
9. Prepare logistics reports and KPIs for management.
10. Coordinate and train logistics team members.

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics roles, preferably in the footwear sector.
