- Communicate all Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines to Louis Vuitton Americas VM teams, including directives from Paris and regionally generated directives.
- Provide feedback on photos from key locations and offer guidance to Regional VM Directors for locations outside the top 20.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product categories.
- Collaborate with Merchandisers to align visual merchandising with key investments, business drivers, and sales targets.
- Create visually compelling communication tools, including project recaps, VM directives, and photo reports for zone teams and the Paris global team.
- Travel to oversee and execute visual presentations at key image and retail events.
- Partner with Regional VM Directors on planning store openings, renovations, and high-profile projects, ensuring thorough preparation and execution.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for Regional and Store teams, demonstrating leadership and enthusiasm for visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of VM on corporate presentations and updates for the executive team and key partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance to visual team members to achieve consistent visual excellence.
- Set visual expectations and manage performance against these standards.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior, following company policies and procedures.
- Innovate by questioning existing processes and proposing improvements.
- Plan and organize new VM strategies in collaboration with various departments.
- Propose creative ideas for projects.
- Embrace change and propose solutions to convert challenges into opportunities.
- 8-10 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Degree in Architectural Design or a related background.
- Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW) and accessories.
- Experience with window installations.
- Strong organizational skills with a deadline-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.
- Sophisticated communication skills for interaction with local teams and Paris counterparts.
- Ability to align and organize teams ahead of launches.
- Capability to identify impactful display opportunities for large-scale rollout.
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Degree in Architectural Design or related field.
Salary range of USD $160,000-190,000.
