1. Lead and mentor the operations team, supporting the Operations Manager.
2. Ensure the highest level of client experience through strong operational support.
3. Facilitate training on operational procedures and communication systems.

5. Oversee the preparation and packaging of client merchandise.
6. Manage the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.

9. Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently.
10. Guide and train store teams on process and compliance directives.
11. Assist with store facility maintenance and organization of back-of-house areas.
