1. Coordinate the leather goods apprentice campaign with French sites and the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence.
2. Enhance the offerings and content of the École des Savoir-Faire with internal experts.
3. Contribute to the creation of training programs for leather goods artisans and tutors.
4. Ensure the application of workshop standards for ESF tutors and animate the tutor community.
5. Support the integration of the École des Savoir-Faire within workshops.
6. Update the dedicated ESF intranet page and produce the newsletter.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent, with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.

1. Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational skills and initiative.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in analytical tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
