- Create diverse instructional materials including graphics, agendas, and presentations.
- Develop engaging training content such as videos, e-learning modules, and workshops focused on core competencies like customer experience, selling behaviors, product knowledge, professional and leadership skills, and compliance.
- Facilitate both classroom and virtual training programs.
- Provide coaching and conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand target audience needs and desired learning outcomes.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design systems to develop effective training programs.
- Measure and provide feedback on training effectiveness and return on investment.
- Ensure timely updates to training content.
- Manage the Learning & Communication platform, including content development, translation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Champion a culture of service, learning, performance, and empowerment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training program design and delivery, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in instructional design using the ADDIE model.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
- Suitable home internet connection for remote work when necessary.
