1. Anticipate and gather training needs throughout the year, aligned with integrations, workforce movements, and new product launches.
2. Plan and ensure compliance of all training programs, including the internal 'School of Know-How'.
3. Monitor the completion of professional evaluations for leatherworkers and warehouse staff.
4. Support team leaders, leatherworkers, and warehouse staff on training and skill development topics.
5. Track training attendance and adherence to the allocated budget.
6. Collaborate with the payroll department on variables related to level changes and mentorship.
7. Facilitate and monitor the 'School of Know-How' mentors.
8. Participate in process improvements and current projects.

1. Enrollment in the first year of a Master's program in Human Resources.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
