1. Ensure achievement of team objectives on a monthly and annual basis.
2. Support team with consistent coaching and identify development and training needs.
3. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual development plans.
4. Identify, recruit, and develop talents, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance.
6. Manage and motivate the team to drive business, creating a positive and harmonious work environment.
7. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience.
8. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation.
9. Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge and client needs.
10. Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, supporting them with their own sales and building a personal client portfolio.
11. Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, maintaining a visible presence and support.
12. Ensure policies are respected and support the team in all daily operations tasks.
