1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance.
3. Develop and implement action plans to enhance product performance through visual merchandising and clienteling.
4. Provide consistent coaching and identify training needs for team development.
5. Manage operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury and local market.
3. Proven people leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

An hourly rate within the range of USD $110,000 - $125,000, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
