- Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, demonstrating and modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team and with managers.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through briefings and training.
- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on market knowledge.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting the team in their sales efforts and fostering cross-selling.
- Manage the sales floor efficiently, ensuring business opportunities are maximized.
- Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Support operations team in inventory management and staff planning.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- International in-store experience preferred.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and passion for the brand.
- Ability to act as a role model and coach on the Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail environment, preferably with international exposure.
