1. Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, demonstrating and modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
2. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
3. Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations.
4. Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team and with managers.
5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools.
6. Establish a client-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
7. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through briefings and training.
8. Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on market knowledge.
9. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
10. Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting the team in their sales efforts and fostering cross-selling.
11. Manage the sales floor efficiently, ensuring business opportunities are maximized.
12. Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
13. Support operations team in inventory management and staff planning.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
2. International in-store experience preferred.
