1. Lead and develop a high-performing team to enhance client relationships and drive business performance.

4. Provide consistent coaching to the team, identify development needs, and collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual action plans.
5. Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
6. Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance to meet expectations.
7. Foster a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
8. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team, conducting briefings and training sessions.
9. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
10. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, utilizing visual merchandising and clienteling strategies.
