1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve business and team performance goals.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and enhance client experience.
3. Develop and implement action plans to boost business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
4. Ensure the delivery of an outstanding client experience by providing consistent coaching and identifying development needs.
5. Manage operations, including selling and floor management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.

2. Excellent understanding of the luxury and local market.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Agility in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Salary range of USD $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
