1. Contribute to global Talent Development projects by creating presentation materials and engaging with HR Managers and other stakeholders.
2. Support the deployment of a Mentoring program, including project tracking, event organization, and development of satisfaction tools and KPIs.
3. Assist in defining career paths by compiling job descriptions and associated career trajectories.
4. Participate in events to promote various professions within the company, including presentations and video testimonials.
5. Maintain an active watch on Talent Management topics through benchmarking and article selection.
6. Create tools for recording interview outcomes and assist in organizing interview schedules.
7. Develop KPI tracking tools for Talent Development activities within the Industrial and Supply Chain sectors for Louis Vuitton and LVMH Group.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent in English.
