1. Support the project manager in the animation and monitoring of OMS tool-related projects.
2. Coordinate communication between IT, Retail, Digital, and Supply Chain teams.
3. Contribute to project planning, reporting, and communication.
4. Analyze Supply Chain business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
5. Evaluate the impact of technical changes on operational performance and user experience.
6. Propose improvements with a focus on agility and innovation.
7. Maintain and enhance the in-app guidance tool for the Supply Chain community.
8. Assist in creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
9. Provide functional support to facilitate solution adoption.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, engineering school, or university equivalent.
2. Proficiency in IT tools, programming, data processing, with experience in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
4. Fluent in English.
