- Lead and develop the Supply Chain and Logistics (SCL) team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Design and implement workforce strategies to accommodate fluctuating workflow demands.
- Set and monitor performance goals using KPIs related to productivity, safety, quality, and customer service.
- Educate employees on work instructions, policies, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Center on stock replenishment and reverse logistics.
- Support Direct to Client and Store Support teams with logistics inquiries and escalations.
- Implement safety guidelines and investigate incidents.
- Oversee daily operations in warehouse and shipping areas.
- Identify and implement improvements to supply chain processes and performance.
- Manage incoming requirements and production work orders to support manufacturing operations.
- Foster cross-department collaboration.
- Provide recommendations to the manager regarding opportunities for improvement.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient floor management and creative problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor staff adherence to time and attendance, dress code, and work environment guidelines.
- Support manager in defining performance targets, coaching, and identifying training needs.
- Motivate the team to drive business results and foster a positive work environment.
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Independent worker with a high level of initiative.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and basic math skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
