1. Lead and develop the Supply Chain and Logistics (SCL) team, providing training and performance feedback.
2. Design and implement workforce strategies to accommodate fluctuating workflow demands.
3. Set and monitor performance goals using KPIs related to productivity, safety, quality, and customer service.
4. Educate employees on work instructions, policies, and process improvement initiatives.
5. Coordinate with the Distribution Center on stock replenishment and reverse logistics.
6. Support Direct to Client and Store Support teams with logistics inquiries and escalations.
7. Implement safety guidelines and investigate incidents.
8. Oversee daily operations in warehouse and shipping areas.
9. Identify and implement improvements to supply chain processes and performance.
10. Manage incoming requirements and production work orders to support manufacturing operations.
11. Foster cross-department collaboration.
12. Provide recommendations to the manager regarding opportunities for improvement.
13. Maximize business opportunities through efficient floor management and creative problem-solving.
14. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
15. Monitor staff adherence to time and attendance, dress code, and work environment guidelines.
16. Support manager in defining performance targets, coaching, and identifying training needs.
17. Motivate the team to drive business results and foster a positive work environment.

1. High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Independent worker with a high level of initiative.
2. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong analytical, organizational, and basic math skills.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
6. Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
