1. Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging.
2. Manage deliveries and promptly replenish stock.
3. Ensure product availability on the sales floor.
4. Implement and execute daily stock counts.
5. Liaise with the Supply Chain to improve product availability and manage requests.
6. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
7. Prepare the sales floor with necessary supplies for Client Advisors.
8. Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supplies.
9. Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures.
10. Monitor store maintenance.
11. Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
12. Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall objectives.
13. Assist Client Advisors with customer flow and needs.
14. Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
15. Develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
16. Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in appearance and conduct.
