1. Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery activities, ensuring quick and precise stock preparation and replenishment.
3. Guarantee product availability in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain to improve product availability.
5. Enhance stock KPIs through strategic actions in collaboration with the store team and head office.
6. Conduct daily stock counting with a precise counting calendar.
7. Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies for a seamless selling process and client advisor comfort.
8. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
9. Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
10. Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
11. Comply with company processes and procedures.
12. Integrate fully with the store team to achieve global store objectives.
13. Assist client advisors in optimizing adaptability to client inflow and needs.
14. Demonstrate curiosity and business interest to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
