1. Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
3. Guarantee product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Conduct daily stock counts and create a precise counting calendar.
5. Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure seamless selling processes.
6. Manage office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
7. Follow internal audit guidelines and comply with company processes and procedures.
8. Collaborate with store teams to fulfill global store objectives and optimize client experience.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluency in Turkish; proficiency in English is a plus.
3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
4. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
