Senior Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

1. Lead the regional in-store visual merchandising strategy.
2. Maintain luxury retail standards to enhance business and client experience.
3. Drive consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories.
4. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
5. Ensure key products are selected and well displayed to maximize business opportunities.
6. Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
7. Collaborate with the store team on business events, sales trends, new launches, and special events.
8. Train the team on visual merchandising topics.
9. Develop and mentor direct reports.
10. Provide regular qualitative feedback to Regional and Corporate partners.

1. Previously held a senior level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.
2. Experience leading visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment.
3. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.

Salary range of USD $140,000 - $155,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
