1. Lead the regional in-store visual merchandising strategy to enhance business and client experience.
2. Ensure consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with store teams.
4. Select and display key products to maximize business opportunities.
5. Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
6. Collaborate with store teams on business events, sales trends, new launches, and special events.
7. Train store teams on visual merchandising topics.
8. Develop and mentor direct reports.
9. Provide qualitative feedback to Regional and Corporate partners.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.
2. Experience in leading visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably luxury.
3. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proactive and detail-oriented.
3. Ability to drive sales through visual merchandising.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role, with a focus on luxury retail environments.

Annual salary range of USD $140,000 - $155,000, with potential for a bonus.
