- Develop and implement HSE policies ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including risk assessment and safety measures.
- Coordinate the management, maintenance, and optimization of company real estate, infrastructure, and facilities, both internal and external.
- Oversee contract management, including drafting technical specifications, managing projects, and ensuring technical and economic compliance.
- Monitor workplace health and safety conditions, conducting periodic inspections and compliance reporting.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with authorities and certification bodies.
- Provide continuous training and consultancy on safe practices and environmental procedures.
- Prepare for and manage emergency situations related to safety and the environment.
- Coordinate local HSE and SGX teams to implement group initiatives and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HSE/SGX performance, reporting to senior management.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, influencing safety and environmental attitudes.
- Master's degree in a scientific discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments
- In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, management systems (ISO 45001, 14001), risk analysis, PPE management, safety procedures (POS), specific software, chemistry, ergonomics
- Understanding of production processes
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Flexibility and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
