1. Develop and implement HSE policies ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including risk assessment and safety measures.
2. Coordinate the management, maintenance, and optimization of company real estate, infrastructure, and facilities, both internal and external.
3. Oversee contract management, including drafting technical specifications, managing projects, and ensuring technical and economic compliance.
4. Monitor workplace health and safety conditions, conducting periodic inspections and compliance reporting.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with authorities and certification bodies.
6. Provide continuous training and consultancy on safe practices and environmental procedures.
7. Prepare for and manage emergency situations related to safety and the environment.
8. Coordinate local HSE and SGX teams to implement group initiatives and ensure alignment with company standards.
9. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HSE/SGX performance, reporting to senior management.
10. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, influencing safety and environmental attitudes.

1. Master's degree in a scientific discipline
2. Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments
3. In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, management systems (ISO 45001, 14001), risk analysis, PPE management, safety procedures (POS), specific software, chemistry, ergonomics
4. Understanding of production processes
5. Willingness to travel frequently
6. Flexibility and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
7. Attention to detail
