- Monitor and enhance operational performance across all store operations, including inventory management, team productivity, and stock organization.
- Utilize Ops On Demand to facilitate training activities, ensuring comprehensive operational knowledge for all team members.
- Analyze and optimize individual store stock productivity, ensuring exceptional client experiences both front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Develop innovative strategies to minimize operating costs and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with policy and procedures, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Lead inventory accuracy and integrity initiatives, collaborating with teams to ensure audit compliance.
- Oversee the efficient flow of products, including store openings, pop-ups, and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance on new openings, renovations, and repairs.
- Drive the implementation of new tools and address store issues.
- Participate in retail-specific projects as required.
- Proven track record in retail operations management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
The appointed candidate will receive a salary ranging from USD$130,000 to $150,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
