1. Coordinate interviews and manage schedules across various departments, including document preparation and data entry.
2. Utilize SAP and Excel for recruitment system management and data handling.
3. Provide team support by preparing meetings, managing schedules, and procuring necessary supplies.
4. Facilitate communication with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth information flow.
5. Assist in project and event planning to support team objectives.
6. Translate documents and emails from English or French to Japanese, if capable.

1. Experience in administrative or related roles is preferred.
2. Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to compose and manage business emails.

3. Proficiency in English or French for business communication is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or related role.

Monthly salary ranges from ¥300,000 to ¥450,000, with annual earnings between ¥3.6 million and ¥5.4 million, based on experience, skills, and contributions.
