1. Coordinate interview schedules with various departments, including document preparation and management, data entry, and filing using SAP and Excel.
2. Support team members by managing meeting preparations, schedules, and procuring necessary supplies.
3. Facilitate communication between internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth information flow.
4. Assist in planning and executing projects and events to support team objectives.
5. Translate documents and emails from English or French to Japanese, leveraging language skills.

1. Experience in administrative or related roles is preferred.

1. Proficiency in basic PC operations, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to compose and manage business emails.
3. Business communication skills in English or French are advantageous.
4. Flexible and effective communication skills.
5. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Minimum 3 years

Monthly salary ranges from ¥300,000 to ¥450,000, with annual earnings between ¥3.6 million and ¥5.4 million, determined based on experience, skills, and contributions.
