1. Manage meeting rooms efficiently.

3. Operate the switchboard, directing calls with promptness, courtesy, and adherence to response protocols.
4. Welcome clients and visitors, serving as a brand ambassador.
5. Coordinate employee travel bookings and maintain travel records.
6. Assist in managing general services, including office supplies, company stamps, and provisioning of beverages and snacks.
7. Support general management with catering orders for meetings and assist in organizing events and official visits.

1. Diploma or Degree
2. Excellent command of English; proficiency in French is advantageous
3. Immediate availability
