3. Develop learning paths combining e-learning, in-person training, digital events, and podcasts.
4. Create and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules using modern educational tools.
5. Facilitate and monitor the platform, track learners, and evaluate the effectiveness of training modules.
6. Promote and encourage the use of the new platform by learners.
