1. Coordinate the development and availability of prototypes, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, industrial feasibility, and expected margins.
2. Facilitate collaboration and coordination among development, sourcing, and prototyping teams to achieve project objectives.
3. Manage project timelines from design brief to style validation, including product nomenclature, material research and procurement, and prototype launch.
4. Conduct cost analysis and margin assessment in collaboration with the Economic Performance Manager.
5. Regularly update and engage project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
6. Balance design, feasibility, and margin considerations, resolving technical, margin, and quality issues as needed.
7. Lead weekly meetings with the rigid department to discuss prototyping alerts and contribute to process and tool improvements.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and adaptability with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
