- Advocate and implement change management initiatives within Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing.
- Coach and mentor Artisans, identifying developmental opportunities and recognizing achievements.
- Enhance production objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity, cost, and quality standards are met.
- Manage performance, absenteeism, and employee relations in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Conduct weekly quality audits and perform root cause analysis to develop timely action plans.
- Engage in new product development initiatives to meet client needs within established time frames.
- Champion environmental, health, and safety standards for all associates.
- Understand team dynamics and build cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
- Partake in occasional benchmark trips to European facilities to share best practices.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
- Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kaizen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- ERP experience, particularly with SAP, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
- Ability to learn and navigate various systems and tools.
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
