- Lead and direct a team of supervisors and artisans in the repair of Louis Vuitton handbags and leather goods.
- Ensure the production team receives effective training and workforce development to meet client needs.
- Monitor and review staff performance, organizing necessary interventions for improvement.
- Develop the supervisory team for individual growth and professional development.
- Maintain a culture prioritizing safety and quality through communication and accountability.
- Contribute to the department’s succession plan by identifying and developing top performers.
- Develop, initiate, and enforce system policies and procedures.
- Manage departmental performance through visual monitoring and KPIs, providing regular reports to the Client Care Services Director.
- Determine necessary resources to support department goals.
- Review work instructions and recommend changes to improve processes.
- Provide weekly and monthly KPIs to the team and management, proposing actions to meet goals.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments.
- Develop effective relationships within the matrix organization, including corporate, retail, and international counterparts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Fluency in English and bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Open-mindedness and receptivity to change while supporting company goals.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and other Windows software.
A minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a similar industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.
The salary range is USD $100,000 -- $110,000 annually, with the opportunity for a bonus.
