1. Lead and direct a team of supervisors and artisans in the repair of Louis Vuitton handbags and leather goods.
2. Ensure the production team receives effective training and workforce development to meet client needs.
3. Monitor and review staff performance, organizing necessary interventions for improvement.
4. Develop the supervisory team for individual growth and professional development.
5. Maintain a culture prioritizing safety and quality through communication and accountability.
6. Contribute to the department’s succession plan by identifying and developing top performers.
7. Develop, initiate, and enforce system policies and procedures.
8. Manage departmental performance through visual monitoring and KPIs, providing regular reports to the Client Care Services Director.
9. Determine necessary resources to support department goals.
10. Review work instructions and recommend changes to improve processes.
11. Provide weekly and monthly KPIs to the team and management, proposing actions to meet goals.
12. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments.
13. Develop effective relationships within the matrix organization, including corporate, retail, and international counterparts.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
3. Fluency in English and bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a similar industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.

The salary range is USD $100,000 -- $110,000 annually, with the opportunity for a bonus.
