1. Monitor and animate daily production indicators.
2. Conduct daily floor tours to organize and plan the production schedule, assess previous day's results, and manage ongoing production.
3. Ensure daily production meets quality, quantity, and deadline standards, implementing temporary solutions as needed to maintain continuity and safety.
4. Define daily and weekly workload/capacity, allocate human resources based on priorities and constraints, and adapt to short- and medium-term product developments.
5. Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process, organizational, or operational enhancements and tracking action plans.

1. Currently enrolled in a BAC+4 or BAC+5 program specializing in production management or industrial performance.
2. Previous experience in an assistant role.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to work independently with a high degree of rigor.

Entry-level experience in a similar role is required.

Pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 in production management or industrial performance.
