- Oversee the development and launch of High Jewelry collections, including marketing briefs, design validation, and production coordination.
- Manage product development from initial design to launch, ensuring quality and finish standards are met.
- Coordinate the 360° launch package, including communication concepts, storytelling, and asset development.
- Analyze stock and sales performance to recommend actions and ensure competitive market positioning.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including showroom and marketing presentations.
- Supervise and mentor an intern within the team.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end marketing development.
- Strong product and creative sensitivity in jewelry.
- Autonomous and proactive in product offering development.
- Dynamic, agile, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Creative and intuitive in product reflection.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse expertise profiles.
- Proficient in English.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
