1. Assist in product development across various categories in collaboration with Product Managers and other stakeholders, including industrial and logistics teams.
2. Monitor budget adherence for projects.
3. Contribute to conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
4. Serve as the main contact for mock-up agencies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
6. Evaluate competitor performance and portfolios.
7. Analyze recent product launches through monthly newsletters.
8. Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Product Managers.
9. Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
10. Participate in weekly and monthly presentations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in business school or equivalent university program.
2. Genuine interest in the beauty industry.

1. Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with BeautyResearch & NPD panels is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, though a foundational understanding of the beauty industry is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business or a related field.
