1. Manage international client visits and appointments, including preparation and delivery of welcome packs.
2. Coordinate the calendar for various client requests and experiences.
3. Liaise with key contacts and service providers, ensuring all client needs are met.
4. Research and propose new aspirational experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs) aligned with the brand's values and history.
5. Assist in the development of concierge tools and track budget management.
6. Prepare and manage client welcome packs and event access.
7. Welcome clients at various Parisian events and manage hospitality activations.
8. Provide logistical support for events, including venue research, planning, and budget management.
9. Support reporting and archival processes, ensuring thorough documentation.
10. Monitor competitor activities and best practices.
11. Coordinate with other PCR service teams, international zones, and departments within the Maison and the LVMH group.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail, VIP client management, or event coordination is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of the luxury market and industry trends.
4. Proficient in English and French.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a refined sense of hospitality.
