Louis Vuitton Payment and Fraud IT Manager

- Lead and manage the Payment and Fraud strategy to meet the needs of Retail, Digital, Finance, LV_NEO, and omnichannel business teams.
- Translate the Payment and Fraud strategy into actionable projects and prioritize them within delivery teams.
- Optimize deployment strategies and manage relationships with internal departments, LVMH, and external partners such as PSPs, fraud tools, and acquirers.
- Share technical expertise and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery and understanding of projects' value and impact.
- Implement effective monitoring and alerting tools, along with relevant KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as AML, PCI DSS, GDPR, PIPL, and PSD2, providing guidance to relevant teams.
- Conduct technological and regulatory watch to understand new practices, identify opportunities, and consider legislative implications on data processing, tool compliance, and fraud management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payments and fraud within the retail sector, in an international context.
- Proficiency in payment and fraud partner tools, Office Suite, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and databases.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment and understand value-based prioritization.
- Results-oriented with the ability to anticipate tasks in a complex setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
