1. Contribute to enhancing production capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
2. Define requirements for production equipment and tooling, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and timelines.
3. Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
4. Assist in defining production processes.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
6. Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leatherworkers in the assigned sector.
7. Contribute to reducing the manufacturing cost of high-value products.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement).
2. Interest in industrial optimization.
3. Knowledge or interest in Lean tools (5S, VSM, PDCA).

2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
