5. Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
6. Engage in daily interactions with team leaders and leather workers in the assigned sector.
7. Contribute to the cost improvement of high-value-added products.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent program with a focus on industrial engineering, methods, or continuous improvement.

1. Interest in industrial optimization.
2. Knowledge or interest in Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, PDCA.
3. Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
