1. Participate in a rotational program across Retail and Corporate functions to gain comprehensive operational experience.
2. Engage in hands-on client interactions and manage team and project initiatives within the Retail function.
3. Collaborate with Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations, and other retail teams to enhance client journeys.
4. Contribute to diverse Corporate projects, gaining exposure through cross-functional collaboration.
5. Complete a structured program consisting of Retail & Client Discovery, Business Exposure, and Store Management Expedition stages.
6. Participate in regional projects and build a foundation for future leadership roles in Store Management.

1. Passion for luxury retail and the Louis Vuitton brand.
2. Interest in building a career in luxury retail management.
3. Fresh graduate or less than five years of working experience.
4. Fluency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred.
