1. Analyze and monitor production performance metrics.
2. Develop and document key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business management.
3. Conduct pricing and costing analyses.
4. Complete monthly financial closures and share results with operational colleagues.
5. Control fixed and variable costs.
6. Manage investment portfolios.
7. Analyze inventory and calculate obsolescence reserves.
8. Prepare budgets and forecasts, and input data into the company's ERP system.
9. Assist in the implementation and future development of the company's information system.
10. Actively participate in business process improvements, defining or introducing new policies and procedures as necessary.
11. Engage in cross-functional improvement projects with other business units and financial sector companies.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies.

1. Degree in Economics
2. Good knowledge of SAP (preferred)
