- Analyze and monitor production performance metrics.
- Develop and document key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business management.
- Conduct pricing and costing analyses.
- Complete monthly financial closures and share results with operational colleagues.
- Control fixed and variable costs.
- Manage investment portfolios.
- Analyze inventory and calculate obsolescence reserves.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, and input data into the company's ERP system.
- Assist in the implementation and future development of the company's information system.
- Actively participate in business process improvements, defining or introducing new policies and procedures as necessary.
- Engage in cross-functional improvement projects with other business units and financial sector companies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Degree in Economics
- Good knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and/or French
