1. Lead the development of leather materials in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives such as style, quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Provide expertise to creative teams to ensure the industrial feasibility of initial prototypes.
3. Develop and formalize industrial specifications for suppliers and assist in the selection of supplier panels.
4. Oversee the industrialization of leather collections in collaboration with suppliers, validating design and manufacturing processes.
5. Approve leathers through laboratory testing, process validation, audits, and appearance criteria.
6. Ensure leather assembly in collaboration with the finished product manufacturing site.
7. Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to enhance and simplify material design.
8. Manage innovation projects related to materials, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and industrialization roles.

2. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
3. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Rigorous, organized, and autonomous work ethic.
5. Ability to understand market and product dynamics.
6. Effective decision-making and analytical skills.

At least 8 years of experience in development and industrialization within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in engineering or related field.
