Louis Vuitton Junior Supply Chain Coordinator

- Coordinate the display activity and installation schedules in collaboration with creation and purchasing teams.
- Develop and manage the reference system using Anaplan for windows, kits, and pricing.
- Maintain supplier relationships, including retro planning, packaging definition, kit palletization, label definition, and adherence to deadlines and shipping dates.
- Oversee transport logistics, including transport scheduling, customs exchanges, and delivery tracking.
- Communicate effectively with regional Visual Merchandising teams.
- Manage sales forecasts for permanent products and the auto-replenishment tool for regional warehouses.
- Ensure supply and distribution for promotional activities.
- Plan and monitor warehouse activities, including reception and dispatch loads, activity tracking, and end-of-life product management.
- Create reports using Power BI to automate tasks and drive continuous improvement.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Supply Chain.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to tools and stakeholders.
- Proactive, autonomous, meticulous, and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VBA, macros), SAP, and Power BI.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Supply Chain.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or equivalent with a focus on Supply Chain.
