1. Ensure the development and availability of new products, adhering to expected timelines, quality, and margins.
2. Coordinate and secure the commitment of local project teams to achieve their objectives.
3. Manage project timelines from marketing brief to sales launch, identifying risks and reporting deviations.
4. Facilitate regular project updates and communications among stakeholders.
5. Challenge marketing teams on decisions that may jeopardize project success.
6. Resolve technical, margin, and quality issues through arbitration.
7. Oversee the launch of new materials and receipt of pre-series.
8. Collaborate with Financial Control on Standard Cost Returns.
9. Conduct weekly reporting on development indicators and communicate key messages.
10. Analyze quarterly discrepancies between initial and actual planning to identify necessary actions.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Recommended proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
4. Curiosity, agility, and strong interpersonal skills.
