1. Assist in the development of new products within the Home & Lifestyles department, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including Marketing, Design, Quality, Production, and Regulatory.
2. Create product nomenclatures using PLM systems.
3. Draft quality reports for prototypes.
4. Research and identify new suppliers.
5. Manage orders for services and tooling.
6. Coordinate the drafting of manuals with specialized partners.
7. Oversee and animate packaging processes, including the creation of covers, boxes, and crates with various suppliers.
8. Develop video content for packing and unpacking processes with suppliers.
9. Administer the packaging library and archive compliance certificates and supplier contracts.

1. Enrollment in a higher education program, preferably in engineering or business school.
2. Project management mindset with strong communication and relational skills.
3. Analytical skills with a focus on prioritization.

1. Product sensitivity and a keen interest in design.
2. Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness.
3. Excellent listening and relational abilities, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.
4. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
5. Strong command of Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software is advantageous.
