- Synergize and bridge relations between the store and corporate Client Development team, acting as a store representative in market-wide initiatives.
- Translate global and regional Client Development strategies into tangible clienteling experiences within the store.
- Collaborate with Store Management to plan and execute the store's calendar of events, animations, and gifting arrangements.
- Coach and monitor the store team's clienteling activities, fostering a client-focused mindset through workshops and coaching sessions.
- Ensure consistent delivery of extraordinary store experiences, upholding Louis Vuitton's brand promise and clienteling standards.
- Identify and leverage market best practices and innovative clienteling solutions.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring Client Advisors to maintain high standards in grooming, greeting, and hosting.
- Co-host or support during complex selling moments, particularly with top clients and VIPs.
- Partner with the Client Development team to define the store’s client gifting strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client relations.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail market, trends, and clienteling best practices.
- Passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle, particularly the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Client-focused mindset with high standards of quality and excellence.
- Stellar communication skills with a confident external-facing presence.
- Coaching and team management experience.
- Creative thinking with a willingness to propose new ideas.
- Collaborative team player with high empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with business analytics tools like PowerBI is a bonus.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client relations.
