1. Contribute to initiatives promoting retail careers to students and recent graduates.
2. Facilitate and engage with the intern and apprentice community at the EMEA headquarters and regional offices.
3. Support the HORIZONS Retail program by assisting in promotion, sourcing, and community engagement.
4. Aid in the development of expertise and internal opportunities within the EMEA region.
5. Manage and promote the Louis Campus learning platform.
6. Provide support for various HR projects within the EMEA team.
7. Collaborate with the EMEA HR team for training program organization and coordination.
8. Adapt to evolving tasks in a dynamic work environment.

1. Organized and meticulous nature.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
