3. Manage HRIS databases effectively.

6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Strong command of English; additional language skills in Dutch, French, Polish, or Nordic languages are advantageous.
3. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
