- Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
- Administer 360-degree people solutions including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll, and learning.
- Manage HRIS databases effectively.
- Assist in preparing HR reports.
- Facilitate internal and external communications.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong command of English; additional language skills in Dutch, French, Polish, or Nordic languages are advantageous.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
