1. Manage monthly reporting databases, investment schedules, and accounting files.
2. Participate in annual budget construction and revisions.
3. Assist in the creation of store project proposals, capex investment proposals, and ongoing capital project reviews.
4. Conduct ad hoc projects to support the business.
5. Communicate with headquarters on store projects and capital expenditures.
6. Ensure accuracy of financial statements and protection of assets.
7. Prepare data for weekly reports including KPIs, sales trends, and business updates.
8. Evaluate cost efficiencies.
9. Oversee monthly close analysis and control to budget for amortization, capex cash flow impacts, rent, and hospitality organization.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $85-$90K.
