1. Manage monthly reporting databases, investment schedules, and accounting files.
2. Participate in annual budget construction and revisions.
3. Assist in creating store project proposals, capex investment proposals, and ongoing capital project reviews.
4. Conduct ad hoc projects to support business needs.
5. Communicate with headquarters regarding store projects and capital expenditures.
6. Ensure accuracy of financial statements and asset protection by collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
7. Prepare data for weekly reports, including KPIs, sales trends, and business updates.
8. Evaluate cost efficiencies.
9. Oversee monthly close analysis, including identifying accruals and providing month-end comments for internal reviews.
10. Control budget for amortization, capex cash flow impacts, rent, and hospitality organization.

1. 1-3 years of experience in multinational companies or financial services.
2. Ability to build strong professional relationships.
3. Self-efficient, agile, and curious with a systematic approach to decision making.
4. High level of quality control, organization, and attention to detail.

1. Advanced Excel skills.
2. Knowledge of SAP and BI software such as PowerBI, QlikSense, and NEMO.
3. Proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is a plus.

1-3 years of proven experience within multinational companies or financial services.
