1. Analyze production plans in collaboration with the production planning manager.
2. Present retro-planning activities for the issuance of purchase orders.
3. Issue purchase orders for raw materials in accordance with the production plan, analyzing purchase proposals (MRP + DiBa).
4. Coordinate with development/industrialization and modeling departments for material validation.
5. Monitor and expedite deliveries (quantity/timing) and update information in the system (D-Moda).
6. Verify material loads with logistics.
7. Conduct monthly verification of purchase status and warehouse alignment with management control.
8. Analyze supplier workloads, plan orders, and periodically verify supplier performance with the Supply Chain, sharing workloads with other manufacturers.

1. Diploma or Degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production environments, preferably in the fashion sector

1. Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel
2. Fluency in English
3. Teamwork capabilities
4. Visionary and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
6. Autonomy and flexibility

At least 3 years of relevant experience in production environments, preferably within the fashion industry.
