1. Validate product cost of goods sold (COGS) and analyze profit margins.
2. Participate in monthly closing activities and assist in the preparation of group reporting.
3. Produce key performance indicators for site management, including pace, activity, productivity, repair, and material performance.
4. Identify and analyze variances, proposing actionable plans.
5. Contribute to inventory management, including inventory coverage rates and action plan monitoring.
6. Ensure compliance with internal control standards.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (BAC+4/5) in Finance, Management Control, or a related field.
