1. Manage monthly closing and oversee operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
2. Disseminate and maintain best practices.
3. Monitor and animate budgets and orders with relevant stakeholders (Operational teams and Management).
4. Conduct monthly reporting and analysis.
5. Participate in the budgeting process.
6. Track, control, and secure financial indicators such as non-finished product recharges, material price variances, and finished product billing.
7. Monitor and animate material performance indicators in the workshop (repairs, loss rates, etc.).
8. Prepare various internal reports for the workshop.
9. Take responsibility for an internal control topic and conduct periodic cross-audits with team members.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability objectives.

No prior experience required.
