1. Serve as the primary expert in Women's Ready-To-Wear, providing exceptional client service and product knowledge.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives a personalized experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
3. Drive sales and maintain a leadership position in the category, consistently achieving top seller status.
4. Facilitate product training and new launches, ensuring the team is informed and prepared.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering outstanding clienteling options.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and coaching.
7. Observe and assist the team during the selling ceremony, introducing the product category effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading in a specific product category.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Hourly rate of USD $27-$30, plus bonus opportunities.
